History

Built in 1937 by Max Gotthilf Richter, at that time the owner of a construction company, following the design of Emil Franz Hänsel, who was one of Leipzig's leading architects at the beginning of the 20th century, whose probably most famous building is Speck's Hof which still exists and is absolutely worth a visit.

Seems as if back then Mr. Hänsel did not think about the holiday apartment, or at least he did not plan in any windows (but today, there are some :-) :

Since begin of 2017 the sun has been delivering our electricity and generally we attempt to consider the natural environment.
