Prices
All prices apply to 2 adults unless stated otherwise. Children up to 12 years are free, with 13 and older they count as "additional person". 7 nights count as a week. Minimum rental duration is 2 days.

The rates above include towels and bed sheets. Alternatively you can bring your own sheets and towels - in that case we offer a discount of 5 Euro per person (also children).
Guest Tax
In addition there is a Guest Tax of the City of Leipzig, which in short form usually looks like this:
- in most cases 3Eu per adult (18y and more) and night
- if the total price per night and person (now including children) does not exceed 30Eu, the Guest Tax is only 1Eu per adult + night. This applies in our case if you travel with 2 or more children or are at least 4 people.

Cancellations
- till 10d before arrival: no charge
- 10d to 5d before arrival: 50%
- from 4d before arrival or no-show: 100%
Cancellations have to be done until 12:00 CET of the corresponding day by phone or in writing.
If we are able to find a substitute for your cancelled booking, the resulting revenues will be deducted from your cancellation fees.
Please consider an appropriate travel insurance.
